DULAH commits that the products sold at the company are new and 100% genuine. In the event that the product you receive is defective, damaged or not as described, we are committed to protecting our customers with the return policy here.
Conditions of goods that meet the requirements of return:
- The product was delivered wrong in quantity, information and model compared to the order. – The product is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect that is different from the manufacturer’s published quality standards or an error during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, no longer usable, etc.).
- Product expires before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer. DULAH accepts returns for the reason that customers change their usage needs, however, the products accepted for exchange must be in their original condition, not torn from the packaging, not damaged due to improper storage conditions, and through the re-censorship process according to the company’s return control process.
Terms of return
- Products are intact, fully labeled, in their original packaging, sealed according to their original specifications (unless the product is defective or damaged in transit).
- The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, has no signs of being used.
- Customers still keep confirmation of their purchase at DULAH (purchase invoice, purchase confirmation….)
Time to apply for return
- For Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh areas: the return and exchange time is from 5-7 days after successful delivery.
- For other regions : it takes 7-10 days to exchange from successful delivery.
